I’ve worked as a full time BCBA in four school districts in Texas and have provided consultation services to many other school districts. My school consultation services include:

4. Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan development in schools

I deliver interactive sessions at schools and conferences to inspire educators with frameworks and techniques to elevate their practice. Blending models like PBIS and RTI, I equip attendees to return to classrooms with renewed passion, self-awareness and tangible skills to better serve students.

I also provide BACB mentorship for those pursuing certification in behavior analysis and mentorship for those early in their careers.
